Tom Doughty on making wine & BC’s winemaking community

This is second part of BC Wine Lover's interview with Tom Doughty of Campagnolo Wine Bar. Tom makes his own wine, Montague Cellars, and he describes his Three Barrel Merlot which he produces with watchful support of Ian Sutherland (Poplar Grove, Monster Vineyards). He describes a tight knit community of winemakers in the Okanagan, and sommeliers working in restaurants on the coast.
