Desert Hills Gamay 2006

We really liked this red wine. It was a cold, damp day again on the south coast, and because we had a pork roast with salad and orzo pasta for dinner, we didn't feel like having a white. This Gamay is not too overpowering, a medium bodied wine that was good both up front and for the finish.
