Nk’Mip Pinot Noir 2005
Tonight was a good night for a Pinot Noir. We often order in on Friday evenings, and tonight was no exception — Sun Lok hooked us up with shrimp chop suey and chicken with cashews.
Nk'Mip's Pinot Noir tastes just like this varietal should. Mild tannins with a slight spice, and a subtle hint of blackberries. Just enough dryness on the palate to make you pucker. This is a keeper.
