Wild Goose Mystic River Vineyard Pinot Blanc 2007

Kettle Valley Pinot Gris 2005, Wild Goose Pinot Blanc 2004A very nice Blanc which we indulged in buying more than one bottle of, when we visited Wild Goose this summer.

I found this wine had a tartness with hints of grapefruit that went well with the dip we were eating. Stacey didn't find it as citrusy as I did.
Creamy finish on the palate, short finish, very mild acidity. Another winner from Wild Goose!
