Wild Goose Mystic River Vineyard Pinot Blanc 2007
A very nice Blanc which we indulged in buying more than one bottle of, when we visited Wild Goose this summer.
I found this wine had a tartness with hints of grapefruit that went well with the dip we were eating. Stacey didn't find it as citrusy as I did.
Creamy finish on the palate, short finish, very mild acidity. Another winner from Wild Goose!
