Wine in the Wilderness Gala

The summer wine season is in full swing, but it's never to early to plan for the fall. With the cooler weather and the kids back in school, you might be looking for something special to enjoy for autumn wine festivities.

Head up to Egmont, BC where the West Coast Wilderness Lodge presents its sixth annual Wine in the Wilderness Gala October 16 and 17, 2009. Hosted by sommelier Doug Russell, a past president of the American Wine Society, this event features two nights accommodation and includes a seven course dinner and international wine pairing on Friday evening, a Champagne Boat Cruise on Saturday afternoon, and finishes with an eight course dinner and wine pairings focusing on regional cuisine and BC wines! Contact the West Coast Wilderness Lodge for more information and to book your spot.
