Village VQA Tastings for Thanksgiving Weekend!

This Saturday, October 10, Village VQA Wines’ Dunbar location will feature four fabulous wines to serve with your Thanksgiving ham or turkey.  Included will be See Ya Later Ranch‘s 2008 Pinot Gris, Arrowleaf Cellars‘ 2008 "Solstice" Gewurztraminer, the 2008 Rosé from Dunham & Froese Estate Winery, and the 2007 Pinot Noir from Cedar Creek Estate Winery. Tastings are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The Kitsilano location is also set to feature some wines to enjoy with your Thanksgiving meal, including Rosé selections from Township 7 Vineyards and Winery and Monster Vineyards, a Gewurztraminer from Quails’ Gate Estate Winery, and a Pinot Noir from Therapy Vineyards. Tastings are between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

The Edgemont location will feature the 2005 Mirage, 2006 Pinot Gris and 2008 Gamay from Desert Hills Estate Winery, plus selections from Crowsnest Vineyards, which include the Barcello Canyon 2006 Merlot and Family Reserve 2007 Reisling. Tasting are between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
