We were contacted by the organizers of a wine tasting coming up a couple of weeks from today. The Taste the World wine tasting is a reasonably priced event, and it supports a great cause – the Angkor Children's Hospital. Here's the Taste the World 2010 Flyer (pdf).
The stories of children in developing countries once ravaged by conflict are rarely pleasant. In the case of the children served by the Angkor hospital, it looks like a case where a few bucks go a long way to improve the lives of quite a few kids.

Thank you for the plug! The Four Seasons will be supplying the hors d’oeurves and the wines are from all over the world that will be available for tasting. We will be having a silent auction with some really unique items for purchase. We will be posting a catalogue a few days before the event on CW Asia’s web-site.
