Inniskillin Okanagan Chenin Blanc 2005

This Chenin Blanc from BC's Golden Mile sub-appelation has a nice gold colour, with a crisp taste, balanced with good acidity. The full-bodied flavour reminds me of yellow apples. We drank ours with some not-too-spicy chili, but this could be paired with even bolder tastes, or just sipped on its own.
